4-6 Hazeldene’s chicken tenderloins
Chicken seasoning spice
2 sour dough rolls
½ spanish onion, finely sliced
Chargrilled zucchini, finely sliced
Baby spinach & rocket mix
Heat a non-stick fry pan on high heat, and coat with a light spray of olive oil.
Sprinkle chicken seasoning spice to both sides of the chicken tenderloins.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
While cooking tenderloins: Lightly toast sour dough rolls. Spread tomato relish on one side of the roll and tzatzki dip on the other.
Layer rolls with char grilled zucchini, chicken tenderloins, tomato, spanish onion and baby spinach and serve.
